Job description:

Il/La Medical Affairs Specialist farà parte del dipartimento Global Medical Affairs, risponderà direttamente al Medical Affairs Manager e avrà un ruolo chiave nell'implementazione della strategia medica di IBSA nell'area terapeutica Osteoarticolare.

Si prevede che il/la candidato/a garantisca l'allineamento cross-funzionale fornendo approfondimenti medici agli stakeholder interni ed esterni attraverso comunicazioni mirate, assicurando l'accuratezza dei messaggi medici e scientifici.

Principali responsabilità
Il/La Medical Affairs Specialist sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Collaborare all'organizzazione di eventi formativi/scientifici globali, dalla pianificazione alla realizzazione, inclusa la gestione di fornitori esterni e il contatto con i membri della Faculty e i Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
  • Progettare e implementare attività di formazione medica
  • Identificare, coinvolgere e sviluppare relazioni con Key Opinion Leader, professionisti sanitari del settore e con società scientifiche internazionali
  • Partecipare a congressi e conferenze scientifiche per rappresentare l'azienda e raccogliere informazioni rilevanti
  • Collaborare con il dipartimento Global Marketing per assicurare che le strategie aziendali siano fondate su solide evidenze scientifiche; collaborare allo sviluppo dei materiali marketing attraverso la loro revisione e approvazione
  • Facilitare il coordinamento con i team locali di Medical Affairs, all'interno delle affiliate e della rete distributiva IBSA, fornendo formazione medica e aggiornamenti sui prodotti e sulle aree terapeutiche
  • Gestione delle richieste mediche
  • Supportare il Medical Affairs Manager nelle attività operative quotidiane nell'area terapeutica assegnata, incluse attività amministrative e operative in ambito Medical Affairs
  • Collaborare con i team di Ricerca Clinica e Preclinica e con il Medical Evidence Team nella valutazione di progetti di sviluppo clinico e preclinico

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline scientifiche sanitarie o affini
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell'industria farmaceutica in un ruolo di Medical Affairs a livello globale o locale
  • Preferibile: conoscenze/esperienze scientifiche in ambito Osteoarticolare
  • Competenze strategiche e capacità di collaborare efficacemente con diverse funzioni aziendali sono fondamentali per questo ruolo
  • Flessibilità e agilità scientifica per adattarsi a diverse aree terapeutiche, tematiche funzionali e/o specialistiche in base alle esigenze del business
  • Ottime capacità di presentazione, rivolte a un pubblico eterogeneo
  • Fluente sia in inglese che in italiano, parlato e scritto
