Aufgaben
  • Einpflegen und Aktualisieren von neuen Produkten im Onlineshop (Shopify)
  • Beantworten von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung im Kundensupport
  • Durchführen verschiedener Aufgaben im Shop-Backend (z. B. Aktualisierung von Inventarzahlen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Lieferantensuche sowie in der Kommunikation mit bestehenden und neuen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung im Social Media Bereich (z. B. Ideenfindung, Content-Vorbereitung, kleine Posts oder Stories)
Qualifikation
  • Freude an genauem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer und gängigen Online-Tools (auch Nutzung von KI)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Shopify oder anderen Onlineshop-Systemen (kein Muss)
  • Kommunikativ und freundlich im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Offenheit Neues zu lernen und Bereitschaft, Aufgaben selbstständig zu übernehmen
  • Interesse an Social Media und ein gutes Gespür für einfache, authentische Inhalte
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
