Das Parkhotel Brenscino mit seinem Pool, dem botanischen Garten und einem unvergleichlichen Blick über den See ist in Brissago einen wahren place to be.
Alle 83 Zimmer haben Balkon und Seesicht. Von Einigen schaut man bis nach Ascona, die Anderen geben den direkten Blick auf Brissago frei. Alle sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Eine Snackbar, ein Restaurant mit Panorama Terrasse und eine Pizzeria.

Wir suchen:Für die Sommersaison ab Mitte März 2026 bis Ende Oktober 2026 eine Person als
Rezeptionist:in / Virtual Concierge m/w/d 100%
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste sorgst du für einen herzlichen Empfang und einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt. Du übernimmst den Check-In und Check-Out selbstständig und professionell. Reservationen bearbeitest du effizient und mit einem Lächeln – telefonisch, per E-Mail oder direkt vor Ort.
Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und Rechnungen, übernimmst vielfältige administrative Aufgaben und verkaufst unsere Leistungen aktiv am Telefon. Als virtueller Concierge stehst du unseren Gästen auch digital zur Seite und sorgst für einen perfekten Service.
Mit deinem Blick fürs Ganze gewährleistest du einen optimalen Informationsfluss zwischen den Abteilungen. Du führst deine eigene Kasse und erledigst den Tagesabschluss zuverlässig.

Du bringst mit:- Gastgewerbliche Berufserfahrung an einer Rezeption
- MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie von Vorteil Protel
- Teamgeist und Freude im Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
- Stilsicher in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch, Italienisch sowie Französisch von Vorteil
- Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitsschichten
- Ein herzliches Team in traumhafter Lage
- Aufstiegs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
