We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Junior Talent & Campus Recruiting team.
You'll get to:
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support the talent selection process for our Campus & Junior Talent programs
• support our recruiting team with key processes, such as interview schedule and onboarding initiation
• participate in the planning and execution of events
• support regional and global projects
• bring fresh ideas how to manage our programs and processes
Your team
You'll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Zurich, but we're part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• has ideally knowledge of the Swiss educational landscape
• is proactive, has a "can-do" attitude as well as a service-oriented mindset
• fluent in English and either German, French or Italian
Start date: January or February
