Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Youth Specialist, located in Zurich. The Youth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing youth programs, leading and mentoring youth, working collaboratively with community partners, and providing support and guidance to young individuals. The role involves organizing activities, workshops, and events that promote youth empowerment, personal development, and social skills. The Youth Specialist will also be required to maintain accurate records, conduct assessments, and offer interventions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Youth Leadership and Youth Programs skills
  • Experience in Youth Work and Social Work
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with young individuals
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in community engagement and outreach is a plus
