Company Description is a non-profit organization that has been organizing intercultural exchange programs for young people aged 15 to 18 since 1962. These students have the opportunity to discover another culture by living with a host family abroad and attending a local school for a semester or a year. We are certified by Intermundo (program quality) and Zewo (financial standards) and are supported by the Swiss government. Role Description As an Administration & Finance Coordinator, you take on key responsibilities in financial accounting and administration while actively helping to shape our processes. You are the main point of contact for financial and administrative matters – both internally and externally. Your main responsibilities at a glance Financial accounting, budgeting, and controlling Pricing and cost planning for exchange programs IT support and data management (no programming required) HR administration (e.g. contracts, social insurance) Documentation and optimization of workflows and processes Qualifications Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) Experience or further training in accounting (e.g. accounting clerk, fiduciary, or finance specialist) Interest in IT and digital tools (Microsoft Office, databases) Independent, structured, and reliable working style German and/or French, with English as a working language Enjoys communication and teamwork What we offer Office located right by the Aare River (from March 2026) Flexible working hours and home office options Meaningful work in a non-profit environment Room for initiative and active contribution An engaged, appreciative, and good-humored team An international and multicultural working environment Further information and application Nicole Litschgi, Geschäftsleiterin Alpenstrasse 24 3006 Bern
