To strengthen our operational backbone, we're looking for a Senior Treasury & Payment Operations Manager to oversee key banking infrastructure partnerships, drive process optimization, and lead strategic initiatives across our operations landscape. This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of banking, operations, and technology - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.

Tasks

Stakeholder Management:

• Own and manage relationships with existing and new banking infrastructure partners, from onboarding to ongoing collaboration.

• Coordinate account openings, operational integration, and ongoing external requirements.

• Act as primary contact for all operational and technical banking matters.

Operations Projects & Continuous Improvement:

• Define, scope, and lead operational projects aimed at enhancing scalability, automation, and control.

• Translate operational needs into technical specifications for development teams.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize payment flows, reconciliations, and reporting processes.

• Maintain and continuously improve end-to-end operational process documentation.

• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead the implementation of process changes.

• Ensure compliance and consistency across internal operational workflows.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provide full backup coverage for Cash Management and Payment Specialist roles during vacation or sick leave.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or financial services, ideally in a fintech, payment institution, or corporate banking environment.

Proven expertise in bank relationship & infrastructure management, account onboarding, and operational process improvement.

Strong understanding of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and liquidity management.

Experience leading projects or change initiatives across teams, including coordination with tech/development functions.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English
