passionate LLM Engineer
to join our team and play a key role in developing next-generation AI applications that seamlessly integrate LLMs with powerful retrieval systems. If you thrive on solving complex problems, enjoy continuous learning, and love working in a dynamic, international team—

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement
state-of-the-art RAG pipelines
to enhance LLMs with external knowledge retrieval. - Fine-tune
pre-trained LLMs
(OpenAI, GPT, Llama, Falcon, etc.) to meet specific application needs. - Develop and optimize
vector search
and retrieval systems using
Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar tools
. - Ensure
scalability, reliability, and low latency
when integrating RAG applications into production environments. - Conduct
performance testing
and
model evaluation
to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Stay ahead of the curve with
the latest advancements
in LLMs, retrieval systems, and AI technologies. - Collaborate with our
product team
to align technical solutions with business goals.
Your Profile:
- Proficiency in
Python
and ML/NLP frameworks (
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
). - Hands-on experience with
LLMs and fine-tuning techniques
. - Strong knowledge of
retrieval systems, vector databases, and indexing
. - Experience with
RAG-specific libraries
like LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks. - Understanding of
knowledge graphs and semantic search techniques
. - Expertise in
prompt engineering and dynamic prompting
. - Passion for AI,
continuous learning
, and technical excellence. - Excellent
English and communication skills
