About the role Since the early days of engineering software in the 90s, inspiring yet concrete and pedagogical content has been a fundamental differentiator. This role is about redefining how we build, distribute and maintain this content in the LLM era. What you will do - Own the pedagogical ecosystem that connects examples to the product itself (front-end, back-end and infrastructure). - Own and evolve the docs-as-code infrastructure, including CI pipelines, macros, and integrations with the software codebase. - Build LLM-based automations to generate the content more effectively, and prototype innovative ways for the users to interact with it. - Collaborate closely with the User Empowerment Engineers, Software Development teams and Product Designers to ensure alignment, compatibility and consistency. Who you are You are passionate about how LLMs are transforming the way humans create, learn and engage with content. You are committed to harnessing this potential to empower as many engineers as possible, providing them with tailored, dynamic guidance throughout their journey of learning AI for engineering. In particular, you bring: - A background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field - Field knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Machine Learning - Practical experience in full-stack development, particularly with Python. - Proven experience automating complex workflows leveraging LLMs and pipeline automation frameworks. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail and love for knowledge sharing. - A strong team spirit and builder mindset, ready to understand what our users need, deliver under uncertainty and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
