On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Frankfurt:

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER GERMAN SPEAKER / LUXURY BRAND / FRANKFURT

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management, supporting the Store Manager
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
  • Build a strong customer experience
  • Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
  • Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
  • Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Fluent spoken English & German
  • At least 3 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
  • Business driven and detailed oriented
  • Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Confident, enthusiastic and positive
  • Problem solving
