Your responsibilities and tasks

Ihr Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Leads im Servicebereich
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei Projekt-Kick-offs sowie bei der Organisation von Inbetriebnahmen
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Spin-Tests und Vor-Ort-Tests
  • Technische Unterstützung für die Serviceorganisation bei Rückfragen oder Eskalationen
  • Erstellung und Nachbearbeitung von Besuchsberichten
  • Verfolgung technischer Zeitpläne und Koordination mit internen Stellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung und Bearbeitung technischer Reklamationen
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen und Seminaren zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Organisation von Versand und Zollabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik
  • Technische Klärung von Prozess- und Performance-Fragen
  • Bewertung von Kundenanfragen (RFQs), z. B. für Upgrades
  • Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting
  • Vertrieb und Unterstützung im Bereich Service-spezifischer Produkte
  • Stellvertretungen
  • Bearbeitung von Service-Anfragen
Your profile and qualifications

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Automatiker, Maschinenbauingenieur, o. ä.)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im After-Sales-Support oder technischen Vertrieb
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (z. B. Kundenbesuche, Inbetriebnahmen)
