Your main tasks

  • Develop commercial and pricing strategies, as well as compelling value propositions for our product platforms, in close collaboration with Product Management
  • Create and continuously refine differentiated value propositions that align with customer needs and the competitive landscape
  • Design and maintain sales reporting dashboards and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate customer research, support customer analyses, translate insights into actionable measures, and represent the voice of the customer in discussions with Product Management
  • Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English (C1) and good German skills (B2)
