As Commercial Excellence & Customer Insights Manager, you will help shaping the commercial direction of our product offerings and ensure that customer and market insights inform key decisions. In this strategic role, you will work closely across functions, develop compelling value propositions, and support our sales teams with clear messaging and sales analysis. Commercial Excellence & Customer Insights Manager| 80 - 100% Ref. No. 7839 Location: Hybrid Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases. Develop commercial and pricing strategies, as well as compelling value propositions for our product platforms, in close collaboration with Product Management Create and continuously refine differentiated value propositions that align with customer needs and the competitive landscape Design and maintain sales reporting dashboards and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement Coordinate customer research, support customer analyses, translate insights into actionable measures, and represent the voice of the customer in discussions with Product Management Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging Your profile At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can-do attitude Fluency in English (C1) and good German skills (B2) Pension fund Ypsomed covers 55% of the pension contributions Free sport facilities Affordable or free gyms all over Switzerland Family friendly Financial contributions to childcare Working hours Shiftwork, annual working hours, part-time FlexWork Work where and when you want (in Switzerland) Up-to-date work environment Up-to-date production, offices, break areas Your Ypsomed work environment Ypsomed - making the treatment of chronic diseases possible More than 2,000 employees worldwide develop and produce injection and infusion systems for self-medication with the Ypsomed Group.
