Deine Aufgaben – hier gestaltest du mit

  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Controlling-Teams
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung fundierter Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Laufendes Reporting und transparente Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortung für Treasury, Steuerung der Finanzanlagen und Investitionscontrolling
  • Aufbau und Sicherstellung tragfähiger Finanzierungen für Immobilienprojekte
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Controlling- und Reporting-Instrumente (z. B. Power BI)
  • Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Einführung neuer Tools

Dein Profil – das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Controlling oder Finanzmanagement (Uni/FH) oder äquivalente Weiterbildung (z. B. dipl. Expert:in Rechnungslegung & Controlling)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich mit Führungserfahrung
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit strategischem Weitblick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Themen konstruktiv zu vertreten
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kapitalmärkte, Anlagen und Immobilien
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und modernen Reporting-Tools
