PROJECT MANAGER – MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

che avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e gestire progetti legati allo sviluppo prodotto, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi. Supervisionerà inoltre le attività di marketing operativo, comunicazione, CSR e digital marketing.

RESPONSABILITA'

  • Pianificazione, coordinamento e monitoraggio dei progetti di sviluppo prodotti
  • Gestione di timeline, budget, deliverable e KPI
  • Analisi di mercato, richieste clienti e benchmark competitors
  • Coordinamento per realizzazione packaging e materiali di comunicazione
  • Promozione di strumenti digitali e tecnologie innovative (inclusa l'AI)
  • Partecipazione allo sviluppo del report CSR e promozione di iniziative di sostenibilità
  • Partecipazione a fiere di settore in Svizzera e all'estero
  • Cura dei materiali corporate e della brand identity
  • Gestione di survey annuali e report di miglioramento

REQUISITI:

  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing o discipline assimili
  • Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Marketing Project Management o Product Development nel FMCG
  • Solide competenze di gestione progetti, budgeting e coordinamento cross-funzionale
  • Ottime competenze digitali e interesse per l'Intelligenza Artificiale
  • Italiano madrelingua, ottimo Tedesco (o Svizzero Tedesco) e Inglese. Francese gradito
  • Eccellenti doti organizzative e relazionali
  • Proattività e attitudine positiva e orientata alla soluzione anche in contesti sfidanti
  • Curiosità e apertura all'innovazione
