Aufgaben:

Analyse und Bewertung von Kontrollmechanismen:


• Durchführung unabhängiger Analysen zur Bewertung von Kontroll-Design und Kontroll-Effektivität.


• Identifikation von Kontrollücken und rechtzeitige Eskalation von Feststellungen an die relevanten Stakeholder.

Kontrolltests und Dokumentation:


• Umsetzung von Kontrolltestaktivitäten gemäß den definierten Prozessen und Standards.


• Dokumentation der Testergebnisse und Analysen unter Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Einhaltung der Vontobel-Standards.

Berichtswesen und Dokumentation:


• Unterstützung des Non-Financial-Risk (NFR) Teams durch die Erstellung regelmäßiger und ad-hoc Kontrollberichte für Management- und regulatorische Zwecke.


• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von aktuellen Verfahrens- und Methodendokumentationen.

Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder-Management:


• Zusammenarbeit mit Kontrollverantwortlichen zur Klärung von Kontrollzielen und Testanforderungen.


• Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, um effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen und organisatorische Effizienz zu fördern und aufrechtzuerhalten.


• Abstimmung mit regionalen Teams und funktionsübergreifenden Einheiten, um eine effektive Umsetzung von Kontrollaktivitäten.

Einhaltung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards:


• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der definierten Prozesse sowie der termingerechten Lieferung von Ergebnissen in der erwarteten Qualität.

Anforderungen und Skills:

Muss-Kriterien:


• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Analyse und Bewertung von Kontrollsystemen sowie der Durchführung von Kontrolltests.


• Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von Kontrolltestergebnissen und der Erstellung von Berichten.


• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Kontrollen und zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen.


• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.


• Fähigkeit, Fristen einzuhalten und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern.


• Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung.

Nice-to-have-Kriterien:


• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und bereichsübergreifenden Teams.


• Vertrautheit mit dem FINMA-Rundschreiben "2023/01 Operationelle Resilienz" und verwandten regulatorischen Anforderungen.


• Kenntnisse im Bereich Non-Financial Risk Management
