Die Abteilung QC Product Analytical Testing (PAT) ist Teil der Qualitätskontrolle an den Standorten Kaiseraugst und Basel. Sie unterstützt lokale Kunden und das Netzwerk an den Standorten Kaiseraugst und Basel.

Das Team API Raw Material, Elemental Impurities & Excipients Testing ist Teil dieser PAT Quality Unit und hat den Arbeitsort in Basel. Als Laborant (m/w/d) leisten Sie durch präzise Analysen einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualitätskontrolle von Ausgangsmaterialien, Wirkstoffen und gewährleisten so die Sicherheit unserer Produkte.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in: verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in EFZ, CTA oder BTA und bringt mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Analytik mittels HPLC, GC, Titration, IR, UV sowie nasschemischen Methoden mit. Idealerweise hat er fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Agilent-HPLC-Systemen und der EMPOWER-Software sowie Erfahrung mit GMP-Richtlinien im Laborumfeld. Zusätzlich zeichnet er sich durch eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus und ist mit LIMS-Systemen vertraut.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Selbständige Durchführung und Dokumentation der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik mit unterschiedlichen analytischen Methoden gemäss den Regeln der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP)
  • Review von Rohdaten
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der Ergebnisse am PC sowie Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung und
    • Dokumentation von Abweichungen
  • Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität im eigenen Arbeitsbereich

Must Haves:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/Chemielaborantin EFZ (bevorzugt),
    Chemisch Technischer Assistent/in (CTA), Biologisch-Technischer Assistent/in(BTA) oder gleichwertig (*****)
  • Min. 2-3 Erfahrung in Analytik mittels HPLC, GC, Titration, IR, UV und nasschemischen Analysen ist eine Voraussetzung. Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit Agilent-HPLC-Systemen und der EMPOWER-Software (*****)
  • GMP Erfahrung im Laborumfeld erforderlich, sowie Hands-On Erfahrung mit LIMS Systemen ist erwünscht (*****)
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit, Veränderungsbereitschaft und ausgeprägtes logisches Denkvermögen und eine Affinität im Umgang mit Labor-IT-Anwendungen
