Flex Team Member

Project: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Flex Team Member (m/f/d) in Lab Support and Compliance / Laboratory Equipment (m/f/d).

Background:

Flexteam member in PTDC-T Lab Support and Compliance in the development area.

The ideal candidate is a trained laboratory technician with several years of experience in analytical laboratories under GMP conditions. They have a strong understanding of GMP and data integrity, work with extreme accuracy, and take initiative by actively proposing solutions and improvements. Knowledge of Veeva, SAP, BMRAM, or eVal, as well as fluency in German and English, round out their profile.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Coordination/collaboration in the implementation of qualifications of assigned

analytical instruments (HPLC, GC,…), support of the analytical laboratories during instrument relocations

* Ensuring consistent and optimal planning, implementation and documentation of instrument monitoring activities

* Conducting GMP document reviews (e.g. instrument logbooks and qualification documents) to check for completeness and accuracy, to eliminate discrepancies with the higher-level documents and inconsistencies with other documents in the application areas

* Contact person for the technicians of service companies, monitoring their training status

* Collaboration in all activities to ensure up-to-date GMP documentation

* Support and ownership of deviations and changes

* Maintenance of IT systems and databases in the GMP area, in particular the instrument database (BM RAM)

* Collaboration in maintaining instrument lists in connection with maintenance contracts

* Creation of task-related documents (e.g. SOPs) and responsibility for their compliance

* Analysis of the effectiveness of existing elements of quality systems including associated business processes and the further development of a sustainable and quantifiable quality system as well as process improvements.

* Representation and support of the other Flex Team members of the department

* Support with inspections and audits related to the area under review

* Continuous improvement, optimization, and harmonization of established processes

* Support/collaboration in task-related and relevant projects (GMP, IT and CSV, KAIZEN, etc.).

Must Haves:

* Laboratory technician with completed vocational training.

* Professional experience in analytical laboratories.

* At least 3 years of experience in GMP required.

* IT/tool ​​knowledge: advantageous: Veeva, SAP or BMRAM, eVal.

* Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
