Meeting Planner, (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland
Fulltime position, located in Zürich
As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting meetings. Live, hybrid or virtual. For our service providers and partners as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, you are the first point of contact who actively, well-founded and passionately promotes constant exchange and thus provides colleagues and service providers with all relevant information. You will help to keep the budget and targets of your projects up-to-date and adhere to them, coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades as well as the support of partners. During the implementation of the events, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• You have minimum 5 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience in the field of pharmaceutical customers is desirable.
• Knowledge of Amadeus an advantage
• Your good organizational skills and time management make it easy for you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules, as well as setting and meeting deadlines.
• Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly appearance at all levels.
• You are fluent in German and English. Additional language skills are an add-on.
