The Position

Die Unit Large Molecule HPLC ist eine Einheit innerhalb der Abteilung QC Product Analytical Testing (PAT). Die Abteilung ist für die analytische Prüfung von Rohstoffen, APIs sowie sterilen und nicht-sterilen Arzneimitteln zuständig. Sie unterstützt lokale Kunden und das globale Roche Netzwerk an den Standorten Kaiseraugst und Basel. Darüber hinaus ist sie Teil der Quality Unit Kaiseraugst und übernimmt unter anderem die Freigabe- und Stabilitätsanalytik sowie analytische Transfers und Launches von Arzneimitteln und Wirkstoffen.

Als QC Laboratory Technician (w/m/d) in der Unit Large Molecule HPLC übernimmst Du eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Rolle, bei der Du einen direkten Einfluss auf die Sicherheit und Qualität unserer Produkte hast. Es erwartet Dich ein kollegiales, interdisziplinäres Team, das Wert auf offene Kommunikation und gegenseitige Unterstützung legt.

Die Gelegenheit

Deine Hauptaufgaben im Analytik-Schwerpunkt Large Molecule HPLC am Standort Kaiseraugst umfassen:

  • Durchführen der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik für biopharmazeutische Wirkstoffe (z.B. ADCs) und Marktprodukte nach Guter Herstellungspraxis (GMP)

  • Evaluieren und Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse, Erstellen von Berichten und GMP-gerechten Dokumenten

  • Reviewen von Analysen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit gemäß cGMP-Richtlinien

  • Mitarbeiten an analytischen Transfer- und Validierungsprojekten

  • Betreuen und Kalibrieren von Laborgeräten sowie Sicherstellen der Datenintegrität

  • Initiieren von Abweichungsberichten und aktive Mitarbeit an deren Bearbeitung

  • Unterstützen der Implementierung von Lean Production System (LPS) Methoden, 5S Konzepten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen

Wer Du bist

Du bist eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Mass an Selbstverantwortung und analytischer Stärke.

Must-Haves (erforderlich):

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant:in (EFZ), Chemisch-Technische:r Assistent:in (CTA) oder gleichwertig

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre GMP-Erfahrung im Laborumfeld der pharmazeutischen Analytik

  • Sichere Anwendung von analytischen HPLC Methoden im Labor, insbesondere RP HPLC

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-Haves (bevorzugt):

  • Expertise in der Anwendung von chromatographischen Techniken (z.B. SEC, IEC, HILIC)

  • Erfahrung mit Chromatographieprogrammen wie Empower und SingleLIMS

  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Lean Production Systemen (LPS) und Kenntnisse der Google Suite

Beschäftigungsdauer und Perspektive: Die Stelle ist eine temporäre Stelle, die eine Arbeitszeit von 100 % (40 Stunden pro Woche) vorsieht und auf 2 Jahre befristet ist. Wir bieten eine umfassende Einarbeitung in unsere spezifischen Chromatographieprogramme (z.B. Empower und SingleLIMS) sowie Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung in weiteren chromatographischen Techniken.
