Analyst / Investment Manager

This position is for an Analyst / Investment Manager within a Single Family Office based in Geneva, Switzerland. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the investment team, contributing to both research and execution across asset classes and supporting investment operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Investment Analysis and Research

  • Identify, source, and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence, ensuring accuracy, depth, and independent thinking.
  • Prepare clear and compelling investment reports and recommendations for presentation to the Investment Committee.
  • Monitor existing investments both quantitatively and qualitatively, maintain peer comparisons, and liaise with counterparties and fund managers.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, emerging trends, and innovative opportunities relevant to the Family Office's portfolio.

2: Risk Management

  • Monitor portfolio compliance with investment limits and guidelines defined in the Investment Policy and Strategic Asset Allocation.
  • Contribute to identifying and assessing potential risks and proposing mitigations.

3: Reporting

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to prepare periodic performance reports and analyses for the Family Office and its principals.

4: Operations

  • Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, maturities, and expiries of investment products in close partnership with the Operations Team.
  • Supervise and support data management and database maintenance activities, including oversight of interns where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in investments, asset management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment strategy.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial databases is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
