We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our client's team and play a key role in enhancing their enterprise risk framework, ensuring they effectively identify, assess, and manage risks across all areas of their business.Risk Manager (Life Insurance)About the job:Support the development and ongoing refinement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, and processes.Identify, measure, monitor, and report key risks across insurance, investment, operational, and strategic categories.Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to support decision-making and capital management.Monitor compliance with risk appetite, tolerances, and regulatory requirements (, Solvency II, IFRS 17, local prudential standards).Collaborate with actuarial, finance, operations, and investment teams to embed risk culture and ensure robust risk governance.Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, Risk Committee, and the Board.Support Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and stress testing processes.Contribute to incident management, control testing, and improvement of internal risk controls.About the candidate:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or related field (postgraduate or professional qualification preferred).Minimum 5+ years' experience in risk management within life insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.Strong understanding of insurance risk drivers, capital management, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.Proficient in risk management tools and reporting systems.German and English language fluency a must. jid6b304d2ade jit1249ade jpiy25ade
