Continuous learning, cross-cultural collaboration, and career growth that makes a real impact in our clients' lives drive everything we do, shaping both the way we work and the opportunities we create for our team.Joining BBVA in Switzerland means being part of a global bank, working on pioneering projects in private and digital banking, and growing within a culture that listens, evolves, and strives to make a difference.BBVA is a Spanish bank with its Swiss offices located in Zürich.About the job:Functions (duties and responsibilities):Private banking customer management of Turkish origin with assets between 1 - >20 MM.Acquire new clients and grow local market network with referrals and identifying new prospects.Responsible for preparing investment proposals and presenting them to clients.Presentation of business reviews on customer portfolios, including tasks such as planning and developing portfolio composition, income and profitability.Ensuring Compliance with local laws and any new regulatory developments.Travel to Turkey on a regular basis.Be a Key player in the growth of the Turkish desk.Your profile:Over 10 years of professional experience in private banking and investment advisory.Master's degree in Banking or Finance, or equivalent. CWMA, EFPA, CFA, CAIA or similar certifications would be an advantage.Proven expertise in Turkish financial products and markets, with a strong understanding of the local regulatory and business environment.Very good knowledge of the Turkish culture.Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and coordinate diverse professionals.Strong financial communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective writing tailored to target audiences.Willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver client-focused solutions.Combine persuasive social and problem-solving skills with a strong service orientation, discipline and high-quality mindset.Highly self-motivated, open-minded, quick learner, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands.Fluent Turkish and English.Skills:Collaboration, Continued Learning, Customer Empathy, Deadline Management, English Language, Financial Products, Private Banking, Relationship Management, Time Management, Troubleshooting, Turkish Language
