Senior Client Manager – Insurance

As part of its risk management consulting activities, a reputable company in the insurance and pension sector is looking for an experienced specialist to join its team. You will be responsible for advising a portfolio of key corporate clients, managing an insurance portfolio covering assets, and supporting clients in implementing tailored solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of liability and property insurance
- Analyze coverage needs for medium to large-sized companies and institutions
- Develop personalized and innovative solutions adapted to each client's profile
- Draft requests for proposals and provide placement recommendations (including public procurement procedures)
- Provide technical and administrative support, including claims follow-up
- Work closely with client advisors to ensure optimal service
Your Profile
- Advanced training in insurance (federal diploma, ARM, or equivalent) or legal education
- Proven experience in risk management consulting and corporate insurance
- Strong expertise in liability insurance and legal protection
- Good listening skills, client-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and autonomy
- Ease in communication with clients and insurance partners
- Proficiency in French and English (professional level C1 minimum), German is an asset
