Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Medical Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care medicine and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a General Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, as well as promoting preventive healthcare measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories of patients
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribing medications and treatments, as well as monitoring their effectiveness
- Providing counseling and education to patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing diseases
- Referring patients to specialists for further evaluation and treatment when necessary
- Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participating in continuing education and staying updated with the latest medical advancements and treatments
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine valid medical license in Switzerland (MEBEKO accepted)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Practitioner
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other medical professionals
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Fluent in German (At least B2/C1, we can help you to reach this Level)
- knowledge of French is a plus
