Payroll Specialist
.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute flawless, timely and accurate payroll processing (including FAZU, EO, NBU/BU, KTG, QST)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll-related financial statements
  • Produce payroll evaluations, data analyses and HR reports
  • Maintain internal control lists, payroll KPIs and documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll matters; advise employees and managers
  • Coordinate monthly payroll data flows between HR and Finance
  • Manage absence administration and implement updates
  • Oversee time management and ensure data accuracy

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in payroll administration and Swiss social security
  • Specialist training in payroll and social insurance
  • Strong knowledge of
    Abacus
    and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent
    German
    ; any additional languages are an advantage
  • Highly accurate, number-focused and solutions-oriented working style
  • Independent, reliable, proactive and flexible
  • Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts required upon contract)
