Shape the future of FX trading in the Swiss market

Are you a seasoned broker with a strong client portfolio and deep expertise in FX products? This opportunity offers you the chance to join a fast-paced, high-performing desk and make a real impact.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow institutional client relationships across Switzerland.
  • Price and execute FX forwards and cash products, primarily in CHF.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the desks expansion.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver top-tier service.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets as a broker (not banker), currently active at a competitor.
  • Proven track record with FX forwards, cash trading, and interest rate derivatives.
  • Strong client portfolio with validated annual revenue performance (best and worst year).
  • Fluent in English (C2); another European language is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of commission structures, fixed base validation, and non-compete clauses.
  • Experience with multiple currencies beyond CHF is a strong asset.
