Job Description
Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants en établissant des relations solides et durables ;
- Identifier les besoins financiers des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour offrir un service de qualité ;
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers et veiller au respect des réglementations en vigueur ;
- Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en prospectant de nouveaux clients ;
- Participer à la mise en place de stratégies visant à améliorer la satisfaction client ;
- Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur les performances et les activités liées au portefeuille ;
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant leurs problèmes.
Vous avez le profil suivant :
- Formation universitaire en économie, finance ou équivalent ;
- Connaissance approfondie des produits bancaires et financiers ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français, avec de bonnes compétences en anglais ;
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de relations clients;
- Solides compétences en communication et en négociation ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Orientation vers les résultats et souci du détail.
