Das kannst du bewegen * Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits in allen Geschäfts- und Funktionsbereichen der RUAG * Analyse von Prozessen, Daten und Risiken zur Bewertung der Wirksamkeit des internen Kontrollsystems * Eigenständige Erstellung klarer und adressatengerechter Auditberichte sowie Ableitung praxisnaher Verbesserungsempfehlungen * Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der Internal-Audit-Funktion durch Methodenoptimierung, Wissenstransfer und Einsatz von Analysetools Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften * Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der selbständigen Durchführung von Audits verschiedener Geschäftsprozesse in der Industrie * Sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten * Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil * Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze im Inland und vereinzelt im Ausland (Deutschland, USA) * Zertifizierung zum Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Lohn und Nebenleistungen Rund 3000 Mitarbeitende von RUAG und RUAG Real Estate leisten jeden Tag einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherheit der Schweiz. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Schweizer Armee sowie andere Einsatz- und Sicherheitsorganisationen ihre Aufgaben jederzeit umfassend wahrnehmen können.
