Tätigkeiten und Verantwortung Erstellung von BIM-Modellen sowie Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen basierend auf 2D-Zeichnungen, Schemata und Punktwolken gemäss definierten Richtlinien. Erstellung kundenspezifischer, parametrischer Revit-Familien. Aufbereitung und Verwaltung von Modelldaten& Metadaten für den internen und externen Datenaustausch zwischen Projektbeteiligten. Erstellung fachspezifischer 3D-Modelle für Mengenermittlungen, Planungsprozesse und digitale Zwillinge sowie Koordination, Prüfung und Validierung von Informationsmodellen. Sicherstellung der Interoperabilität sowie Einhaltung von Projektvorgaben (z. B. ISO 19650, EIR, AIR, BEP) Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Planungsbüro als BIM-Modeler:in. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Modellierung und Informationspflege mit Revit (mind. LOD 300). Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit BIM-Koordinationssoftware wie Solibri und Navisworks Manage. Kenntnisse in mindestens drei der folgenden Programme sind von Vorteil: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zusätzliche erwünschte Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung kundenspezifischer parametrischer Familien für Industrieprojekte. Praktische Erfahrung mit Scan-to-BIM-Workflows zur Erstellung digitaler Zwillinge. Erfahrung in der BIM-Koordination von interdisziplinären Projekten.
