Kitchen Assistant

I am currently looking for a Commis de Cuisine to join our kitchen brigade, either for a 6-month culinary internship or a long-term engagement.
The profile we are seeking should meet the following criteria:
The candidate should preferably be of European origin, as this is important for reasons related to culinary culture and background.
A formal education or training in European or Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, Spanish, Greek) is ideal. A background in French culinary studies would also be very suitable.
We are mainly interested in a young talent at the beginning of their professional career, most likely in their first practical experience after culinary school.
We offer:
- An excellent professional experience in a Gourmet Restaurant recognized by the Accademia Italiana della Cucina.
- Private accommodation (single room) and full board — breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily, including non-working days.
- A monthly gross salary of CHF 3,600 (approximately CHF 2,000 net, considering board and lodging).
- After 12 months, the salary may increase to CHF 4,000 gross.
At this stage, we are looking for no more than three candidates, all of whom should fully accept the conditions outlined above before proceeding further in the selection process.
The restaurant is in Switzerland, Lake Zurich area - Gold Coast the village on the lake is Küsnacht ... the accomodation is on the same place of the restaurant
