To support the Export Team in its activities, we are looking for an Intern (m/d/f) in Export (100%).

This 1-year trainee program starts on 1st April 2026 (or to be defined).

Activities

• Support of the sales activities fulfilling all export activities for the on-time shipment and delivery of the goods and granting the smooth invoicing process of the customers worldwide.
• Billing process with SAP program
• Close contact with global Pirelli production / logistics departments
• Correspondence with headquarters in Milan, with worldwide customers and transport companies
• Processing letters of credit - export documents

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent with a focus on supply chain/logistics/export or business administration/economics or international trade
• Secure IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
• Very good language skills in English
• Italian and/or French is an advantage
• Precision, diligence and conscientiousness
• Structured and independent way of working as well as reliability and high flexibility
• Proactive team-oriented personality with motivation and curiosity
