Verantwortung
- Du unterstützt Kund:innen lösungsorientiert via Helpdesk und Fernzugriff, bearbeitest Störungsmeldungen, nimmst Konfigurationsanpassungen vor und führst Systemchecks im Tagesgeschäft durch.
- Du dokumentierst Supportfälle sowie technische Erkenntnisse strukturiert und stellst eine saubere Nachvollziehbarkeit im internen Support sicher.
- Du installierst und testest neue Anlagenkomponenten direkt vor Ort, integrierst diese ins Netzwerk und stimmst Dich eng mit den IT-Verantwortlichen der Kundschaft ab.
- Du führst praxisnahe Schulungen und Bedienungseinführungen durch und übernimmst Vor-Ort-Einsätze in der ganzen Schweiz für Rollouts und technische Übergaben.
Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über eine technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Elektronik, IT, Automatiker:in oder vergleichbar) und hast ein starkes Interesse an digitalen und vernetzten Lösungen.
- Du bringst Verständnis für Netzwerkarchitekturen, Schnittstellen und Systemintegration mit und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fernwartungstools.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert und trittst kundenfreundlich sowie professionell auf.
- Du bist reisebereit und flexibel für Einsätze vor Ort, kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und verfügst über ausreichende Englischkenntnisse für Schulungen und technische Dokumentationen.
