Project Consultant Navision Business Central

Workload: 80% 100%
Start: 1 December 2025
End: 30 June 2026, with option to extend
Location: Zurich, 34 days on site per week for the first 3 months, then other arrangements possible
Applications from outside Switzerland: Candidates must have an EU passport, Schengen state, may also be dual nationals (nationality outside the Schengen area with work permit for Germany, Austria, etc. is not possible)

Task:

• You will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level application support. Your main tasks will include handling faults and enquiries.
• You will be responsible for the release and change management process for Navision Business Central / Microsoft Business Central and will be in regular contact with users from the specialist departments.
• You will support the mapping of administrative processes in Navision Business Central / Microsoft Business Central by participating in projects or managing smaller projects.
• You will be responsible for the smooth operation of Navision Business Central / Microsoft Business Central.

Requirements/skills:

• Sound IT training (preferably a university or technical college degree)
• You have in-depth knowledge and experience with Navision Business Central / Microsoft Business Central.
• You have experience in the healthcare sector.
• You are communicative and have solution-oriented skills.
• You are resilient, a team player, can think and act economically, have a high sense of responsibility and bring cross-functional thinking to the table.
• You always have an eye for the essentials and act in a customer- and solution-oriented manner.
• You have very good SQL skills.
• You are fluent (spoken and written) in German and have a good command of English.
