• Als Consultant der e3 bist du immer am Puls der Zeit und unterstützt unsere Kunden, die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung optimal zu meistern
• Du erhebst, dokumentierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse und leitest daraus Anforderungen für IT Systeme und Prozesse ab
• Du zeichnest dich für die exakte und adressatengerechte Dokumentation sowie Verwaltung von Anforderungen verantwortlich
• Du führst eigenständig oder im Team Workshops zur Erfassung von Informationen und der Ableitung von Anforderungen und Lösungsvorschlägen durch
• Du entwickelst dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich und menschlich durch auf dein Profil abgestimmte Aus- und Weiterbildungen weiter
• Du übernimmst das fachliche Coaching weiterer e3-Mitarbeitenden und gestaltest unser Unternehmen aktiv mit
• Du arbeitest in einem jungen, multikulturellen Team mit flacher Hierarchie und viel Selbstverantwortung

• Eine höhere Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Affinität zur Business Analyse
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Business Analyse oder im Requirements Engineering
• Freude an methodischem Arbeiten, analytischem und konzeptionellem Denken sowie dem Umgang mit Menschen
• Sie sind eine kundenorientierte, motivierte, selbstständige und proaktive Persönlichkeit und arbeiten gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
• Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Englisch sind von Vorteil

• In-depth experience in business analysis or requirements engineering

• Stylish German in word and writing, knowledge of French and/or English are an advantage
