Pour notre siège et site de production biotech de Genève, nous avons le plaisir de créer un nouveau poste de Senior Business Analyst / Application Specialist pour une
durée déterminée de 24 mois
. Vous reportez au Corporate Solutions Manager et rejoignez une équipe de 3 personnes, au sein d'un département IT d'environ 15 personnes. Dans ce rôle clé, vous avez pour mission de superviser, administrer et optimiser la solution ERP SAGE X3, afin d'en garantir la fiabilité, la performance et l'alignement avec les besoins opérationnels et stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Vos Responsabilités Principales Sont Les Suivantes

  • Gérer la solution ERP SAGE X3, en assurant le support de niveau 1 et 2 ainsi que la coordination avec les prestataires externes
  • Assurer la disponibilité et la stabilité du système, ainsi que la gestion des incidents et des problèmes en collaboration avec les partenaires
  • Analyser les besoins métiers et définir les exigences fonctionnelles en lien avec les équipes internes
  • Piloter les projets liés à SAGE X3, y compris la planification et la configuration les tests, le déploiement et la formation des utilisateurs
  • Gérer les ressources dédiées à l'ERP, dans le respect des délais, des budgets et de la roadmap
  • Former les utilisateurs finaux, assurer le support post-implémentation et documenter les résultats en vue d'améliorations continues

Pour mener à bien cette mission, nous recherchons une personne ayant le profil suivant :

  • Bachelor ou Master dans un domaine informatique, ingénierie ou gestion
  • Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement dédiée à la gestion d'applications / de systèmes, de préférence dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou similaire
  • Capacité à traduire les besoins métier en solutions logicielles et à personnaliser les systèmes ERP en conséquence
  • Compétences en gestion de projet souhaitées
  • Excellente maîtrise du système SAGE X3 et de la Suite Office
  • Niveau courant en français et professionnel en anglais ; connaissances en espagnol un atout
