Job DescriptionWe are seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead the strategic and tactical management of our existing dental product portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing commercial potential, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and deep experience in the dental industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy & Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the dental portfolio, including market segmentation, pricing, and positioning strategies.
- Business Case Development: Build data-informed business cases using assumptions and market insights to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions.
- Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales to define and implement tactical marketing activities, campaigns, and sales tools to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics (revenue, margin, market share) and recommend actions to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify and prioritize product improvement and innovation ideas based on customer feedback, market trends, and internal insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in product management, with proven experience in the dental industry.
