Was ist meine Funktion?

  • Pflege und Aufbereitung von Stammdaten wie Stücklisten und Arbeitspläne

  • Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Produktionsunterlagen (z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen)

  • Mitverantwortung für das technische Änderungswesen

  • Technische Prüfung und Bewertung von Kundenanfragen

  • Verantwortung für die Fertigungskalkulation

  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte in die Fertigung

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Verkauf, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung der Prozesssicherheit und deren Effizienz

  • Souveräner Umgang mit engen Zeitvorgaben, klare Priorisierung und strukturierter Überblick über komplexe Abläufe

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker, Automatiker, Produktionsfachmann)

  • Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann/-frau oder Prozesstechniker/-in HF von Vorteil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder im Produktionsumfeld, vorzugsweise in der Elektronikfertigung bzw. im EMS-Bereich und/oder der Wicklerei

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office (CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an prozessorientierter Arbeit

  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation

  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
