Deine Aufgaben
  • Analyse und Beratung von Kund:innen zu Serviceprozessen im Anlagen- und Aussendienstmanagement mit SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Konfiguration von SAP FSM inkl. Integration in SAP S/4HANA bzw. SAP ERP und weitere Cloud-Lösungen
  • Aufnahme und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in durchdachte Prozess- und Systemlösungen rund um Einsatzplanung, Mobile Field Service und Serviceaufträge
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Tests gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Key Usern bei unseren Kund:innen
  • Begleitung der Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Lifecycle – von Presales über Implementierung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
Deine Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Application Management im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in den Modulen CS, PM, SD oder bereits mit SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Gutes Verständnis von Service- und Instandhaltungsprozessen (z. B. Einsatzplanung, Disposition, Mobile Techniker, Serviceaufträge, SLA)
  • Affinität zu Cloud-Lösungen und Integrationen, z. B. zwischen SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA und weiteren SAP-Cloud-Services
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen, agilen Teams in der DACH-Region
