**What you'll do**

The working student will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of solution experts. This will include supporting the team and providing assistance to management with:

- Preparation of demonstrations, presentations, and videos
- Facilitating collaboration and sharing of best practices within the team
- Assisting with customer meetings and workshops
- Designing presentations for our 360° Immersive Experience Room
- Driving initiatives to optimize operational processes
- Providing administrative support
- Undertaking solution advisory activities such as giving high-level pitches and participating in customer workshops (depending on experience)

**What you bring**
- You are a current Bachelor or Master's student at a university or a university of applied sciences and still plan to study at least for the next 12 months.
- Your field of study deals with business processes and/or technologies (However, we are open to any field of study, as long as you possess the right attitude)
- You possess a trustworthy and reliable personality
- You're capable of assuming responsibilities and handling your own projects
- A knowledge of procurement or supply chain management is a bonus
- You have proficient computer skills, a good command of MS Office is required
- Experience with procurement systems, design or video editing is beneficial
- You are fluent in both English and German, French fluency is a plus
- Apart from this, you should have a digital mindset, be a team player, and have a keen desire to learn

Our team uniquely merges deep business knowledge of procurement and supply chain management with technical expertise. We engage with potential customers, driving home the value of SAP's procurement software.
