Du möchtest neben deinen Studium erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität des Schweizer Finanzplatzes leisten? Du bist ein/e administrative/r Allrounder/in? Dann freuen wir uns von dir zu hören Du unterstützt dabei die beiden Teams im SIC Operations bei deren administrativen Aufgaben, damit unsere Teilnehmer auch in den Migrationsphasen testen und unterbruchfrei arbeiten können. Du kannst auch in Projekten mitarbeiten, führst Statistiken und Auswertungen und bist da, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Pflege der Teilnehmerstammdaten im Zusammenhang mit Projekten und Migrationen
- Reporting inkl. Führung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Anpassungen der Webseiten und SIC-Sharepoint
- Bearbeitung von Formularen (Online, PDF) inkl. Prüfung der eingehenden Formulare der Teilnehmer
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Team

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Aktuelles Studium vorzugsweise im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld
- Hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
- Team-Player mit viel Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Ausgeprägte MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Visio etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist ein Plus
