Your Role
You'll be the link between clients, design teams, and execution teams, turning engineering challenges into real-world structural solutions. You'll manage projects, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and help strengthen VSL's presence in the Swiss market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory
  • Identify new opportunities and grow VSL's market presence
  • Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations from first contact to contract signature
  • Work closely with our design office to craft proposals and alternative technical solutions
  • Act as the trusted technical partner for clients and engineering firms
  • Collaborate with site teams and integrate feedback into future solutions
  • Represent VSL at industry events, fostering strong networks with engineers and contractors

What You Bring

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
  • 2–3+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or specialist works we welcome various seniority levels
  • Knowledge of structural engineering (post-tensioning, structural strengthening, or special civil works are strong assets)
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects with smart planning and solid organisation
  • A commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German (Swiss German welcome), French is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus
