Web3 Events Intern
to help coordinate and execute experiences that energize the community and spotlight meaningful innovation.

From intimate panels to high-profile summits, you'll contribute to a wide range of events hosted in our space—supporting everything from planning to promotion to on-the-ground delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being at the heart of a buzzing tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end event planning and logistics
  • Assist with setup, live support, and breakdown
  • Help manage speaker comms, guest lists, and RSVPs
  • Promote events via email, social, and direct outreach
  • Contribute to post-event debriefs and feedback reports

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a Swiss university
  • Internship must be completed as part of your academic program (tripartite agreement required)
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
  • Available in the afternoons and some evenings
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking

This role is designed for someone who thrives on detail, logistics, and creative execution. You'll be supporting the delivery of high-level activations across Web3, finance, and innovation. Interest in events, technology, and real-world coordination will be key.
