We are currently looking for a Wholesale Intern within our Wholesale Department based in Geneva (Switzerland).

CONTEXT

Christian Louboutin is an international company creating, manufacturing and distributing luxury shoes and leather goods. During this internship you will be supporting the Wholesale team with the coordination of day to day activities.

MISSION

• Collect resale rates from customers in order to carry out bi-monthly analyses and prepare meetings with the Women's Shoes, Men's Shoes and Leather Goods Departments, in collaboration with our export coordinator
• Assist in the analysis of purchases and sales by zone (Europe, Asia/Pacific)
• Produce marketing tools such as look books and trainings for sales teams
• Perform administrative and commercial tasks related to your missions (order entry, updating customer listings)
• Follow-up on deliveries and weekly reports to the teams

PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled at a university or business school (HEC, HES, HEG, or equivalent) with at least three years of higher education and a mandatory internship as part of your program.
• You have a strong interest in the world of shoes and luxury leather goods.
• You have a communicative and adaptable personality, enjoy working in a team, and are also capable of working independently.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and have demonstrated strong analytical and summarizing skills.
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• You have excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
