Deine Mission
Du willst Menschen spürbar vorwärtsbringen UND liebst Sales? Perfekt. In 3 Monaten lernst du unser NEPQ-basiertes Beratungssystem, übernimmst eigenständig B2C-Deals und bereitest optional deinen Festeinstieg als Sales (Closer/AE) vor. Gemeinsam erobern wir den Schweizer Markt.
Aufgaben- Qualifizieren & Beraten: Erstkontakt, Needs-Analyse (NEPQ), Value aufbauen, Einwände sauber lösen
- Closings: Angebote strukturieren (Pakete/Raten), Entscheidung führen, Abschluss sichern
- Pipeline & KPIs: Pipedrive pflegen, Show-Up-Rate, Close-Rate, Time-to-Close aktiv managen
- Handover & Start: Sauberes Onboarding an Matching/Ops, Starttermine fixen
- Iterieren: Skripte, Snippets, Einwandbibliothek & Playbooks mit uns schärfen
- Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert (Bachelor oder Master) und suchst ein studienbegleitendes Praktikum (Pflicht- oder freiwillig)
- Sales-Drive: Hunter-Mindset, Abschlussorientierung, Zahlenliebe (KPIs)
- Kommunikation: Deutsch C1/C2 (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil), klare, wertschätzende Gesprächsführung
- Coachable: Du willst Feedback, testest Hypothesen, verbesserst täglich 1%
- Struktur: Verlässliche Termin-/Task-Disziplin, Pipedrive/CRM-Affinität
- Verfügbarkeit: Ab sofort
Nice to have: Erfahrung in B2C/B2B-Sales, Education/Coaching, NEPQ/Sandler/Challenger, Pipedrive, WhatsApp-/Phone-Sales, weitere Sprachen (FR/IT/EN).
