**Business Development DIY**:**

Working with Electrification, you will support divisions and countries in the definition and implementation of the respective DIY channel strategy. Lead and contribute to complex DIY business development projects and/or strategic planning. As a Distribution Channel Business Development for DIY you will define and implement DIY business strategies and plans for profitable growth including new market opportunities / omni channel approach. You will align with identified DIY market needs and growth areas. You will proactively develop differentiating strategic ideas, capabilities requirements and business scenarios for the respective DIY accounts and targeted countries. This position will be reporting to Global Head Distribution Channels.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Contribute to global and local strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of markets, customer segments, competitive moves, offerings of respective global business
- Work closely with the global and local business management team to identify, define and follow-up the strategy and business plans and supports the implementation.
- Develop global database for market research systematically analyze and monitors market dynamics and updated market intelligence for new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as conducting white spot analysis and defining relevant strategies to penetrate the market.
- Identify opportunities and drives actions to expand into the newly defined area. Work with Marketing and Sales, commercial operation (supply chain) as well as Digital Commerce.
- Identify partnership opportunities and participates in the definition of partnership agreements.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Market Development and channel support in relevant Industry and experience in Project Management (Capture Team selling) or related field.
- Strong change management skills and Marketing & business acumen
- Sound knowledge of Digital.
- Strong customer orientation with good diplomatic negotiation and communication skill.
- English and French, verbal and written communication skill.
