Your role

As CFO, you'll be a key member of the leadership team — a strategic partner ans co-pilot to the CEO and Board. You'll play a central role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring scalability, and supporting long-term value creation. You'll bring together financial discipline, data-driven insight, and forward-thinking leadership to fuel growth.

Your Key Missions

  • Strategic Growth Partner: You'll be the co-pilot to the CEO, the architect behind every financial decision. You'll build and execute bold financial strategies that turbocharge expansion
  • Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure to enable sustainable and support fundraising process.
  • Financial Foresight: Build forecasting models and scenario plans that anticipate risk, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making.
  • Performance & Data Excellence: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that turn financial data into actionable insight.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve and automate processes across finance, operations, and payments to ensure scalability.
  • Governance & Compliance: Oversee risk management, legal, and regulatory frameworks to maintain strong governance standards.
  • Strategic Projects & M&A: Support the CEO in evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and long-term investments.

Who You Are

  • A strategic financial leader with a proven track record in high-growth SMEs or tech/fintech environments.
  • Experienced financial modeling, and stakeholder management.
  • Confident navigating both strategy and execution, combining board-level gravitas with hands-on pragmatism.
  • Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision-making — you use digital tools to enhance visibility and control.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust, drives alignment, and develops high-performing teams.
