À propos du poste

Vous serez responsable de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des systèmes utilitaires industriels et propres, en garantissant leur performance, fiabilité et conformité aux normes cGMP et HSE. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue, participerez aux audits et soutiendrez les projets d'investissement et de qualification.

Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes telles que l'ingénierie, la qualification, le support & méthodes, la métrologie et l'automation. Vous coordonnerez également les prestataires externes et ferez partie de l'organisation de piquet.

Vos missions

  • Exploiter et maintenir les installations utilitaires industrielles et propres
  • Réaliser et superviser les maintenances préventives et correctives
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et assurer le redémarrage rapide des installations
  • Participer aux projets d'investissement et à la qualification des systèmes
  • Préparer et contribuer aux audits internes et externes
  • Appliquer et promouvoir les politiques HSE et cGMP du site

  • CFC ou formation technique équivalente
  • Expérience en exploitation et maintenance d'utilités industrielles
  • Connaissance des environnements contrôlés (zones propres, ATEX)
  • Maîtrise du français et anglais technique
  • Compétences en électricité, automation, hydraulique et pneumatique
  • Maîtrise des outils SAP PM et Pack Office
