HEAD OF IT OPERATIONS (w/m/d) 100%

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams für ICT und Business Application Management. Sie stellen den reibungslosen und sicheren Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sicher und verantworten Wartungsfenster, Verfügbarkeiten sowie Systemstabilität. Zudem gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsorganisation, optimieren bestehende IT-Prozesse und gewährleisten die Einhaltung von IT-Governance und Compliance-Richtlinien. Sie koordinieren IT-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern, steuern Dienstleister und tragen die Budgetverantwortung für den IT-Betrieb. Durch Ihre Expertise in IT-Security, Datenschutz und Cloud-Technologien schaffen Sie eine moderne, zukunftsfähige IT-Umgebung und unterstützen die IT-Leitung in strategischen und betrieblichen Fragen.

IHRE PERSÖNLICHKEIT

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringen mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Management mit. Ihre fachlichen Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen IT-Operations, Business Applications und Infrastruktur. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Service-Management (ITIL), Projektmethoden wie Agile, Scrum oder PRINCE2 sowie über praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, Azure AD, Entra ID). Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten und Ihr ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude. Sie sind eine kommunikative, durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln und neue technologische Ansätze aktiv voranzutreiben. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) runden Ihr Profil ab.
