One of our Clients, a major alternative investment specialist, are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer as a Consultant on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain flows, business rules, Script Includes, and client/server scripts.
  • Enhance and optimise existing ServiceNow modules for performance and scalability.
  • Build integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph API, Intune).
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and governance best practice.
  • Collaborate with ITSM/ITOM teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
  • Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, update sets, scoped applications, and ATF.
  • Knowledge of CMDB data models and ITOM practices.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across global teams.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
